Body is made of sculpey.

Next steps:

PotatOS’s shell is thin in some areas. Strengthing with epoxy putty.

PotatOS’ two shells are now slightly mis-matched. I think we will use magnets to hold the two halves together. Embed them in epoxy putty, align the sides, bondo, sand mated halves to shape and smooth out.
